The Training Roadmap
We don’t just Zoom. We Show Up.
(10 Weeks)
We meet for an hour every week on Zoom. We start training by helping you build control strong enough that no one can take it away from you and then branch out to encompass 12 Principles of Kyo-Jitsu Ryu. You fix the problems by building better habits.
(Weekly Drills)
Knowledge requires action. You spend the week practicing what you have learned through specific assignments. You can do so with a trusted partner or in solo practice at your pace and in your own time or when you are out in public. That you practice is important. The WAY you practice is up to you. This “lab time” is where you turn the week’s theory into muscle memory, ensuring the skills stick.
(Week 11)
This is where you put theory into practice. Your Lead Instructor comes to YOUR city to teach physical application of the Principles during a two-day intensive training. We take the Principles off the screen and apply them in the REAL world.

Kyo-Jitsu Mechanics

Common Questions
Where do we actually meet?
When we meet in your city, we rent a public, secure location (Community Hall, Conference Center, or VFW) with plenty of room for physical practice. There will be facility staff on-site to ensure a neutral third-party presence. The goal is supervised physical application of the 12 Principles that you have spent the last 10 weeks cultivating in yourself.
What is the weekly time commitment?
The only fixed requirement is the 1-hour weekly Zoom Strategy Session. The rest of the training happens during your normal day. After all, you are training to use these skills throughout your life. You might as well get practice using them during the course of your life. However, here is the reality check: If you cannot carve out sixty minutes a week to secure a lifetime of freedom, confidence, and safety, then you probably aren’t ready for this mentorship. We prioritize what we value. If you value your safety, you will find the hour.
What if I don’t want to learn the martial application?
The physical, psychological, and philosophical applications of the Principles work together. You have two legs; no one asks you to run a marathon if you don’t want to, but you were required to learn to walk. Not learning the physical part of the training would be like voluntarily removing a third of your body and trying to go about your life normally.
How do I know this isn’t just a “guru” cash grab?
I would be disappointed if you didn’t ask. I built this training for me, initially. I have used these principles since my mid-twenties in manufacturing, nursing, and on the battlefield during the Persian Gulf Wars. I’m not going to say, “I’m also a client…” I’m going to say, “I’m the first student.” These are nature’s rules, not mine. I just named them. If you do the work, it WILL work.
